MARC will be hosting the third instalment of its MARC360 conference series, MARC360: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FINANCING 2022 VIRTUAL CONFERENCE over two half-days on March 30-31, 2022. Seeing as sustainable development goals (SDGs) are increasingly on the agenda for many organisations globally, this conference is timely to discuss current issues and trends in sustainable development.

The virtual conference will open on Day One with an analysis of the current status of the Malaysian economy, along with a discussion regarding the capital market outlook for 2022. The first panel discussion for this virtual conference will then examine the role of financial institutions in providing and encouraging sustainable financing and investing, as well as their part in supporting the SDGs.

Day Two will begin with a panel discussion on sustainable energy innovations to address climate change issues. In alignment with the SDGs to achieve better access to clean and sustainable energy by 2030, the panellists in this session will discuss various advancements and challenges faced by sustainable energy producers. The virtual conference will then end with a discourse on emerging global trends in sustainable development and financing.
