To our clients and other stakeholders,
In response to the restriction of movement order issued by the government and in support of the government's efforts to curtail the spread of COVID-19, MARC will close its office from March 18 through March 31, 2020. Prior to this latest development, we had already restricted work-related travel as well as in-person meetings and have started hosting meetings virtually to protect our employees, clients and communities. We have activated our business continuity management to ensure all business-critical functions continue to operate as usual.
Our work on our rating engagements will continue without interruption. MARC is operating offsite, supported by a robust infrastructure for remote work. We have taken the necessary precautionary steps per Ministry of Health guidelines and will continue to work and meet as planned through video conference platforms. Your point of contact at MARC will keep in contact with you and we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns. MARC will also continue to provide economic research throughout this period.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our policies and procedures as necessary to minimise impact on our operations. We are grateful for the relationships we have with all of our stakeholders and employees and look forward to supporting each other during this unprecedented challenging times.
