MARC will be hosting a virtual discussion titled MARC360: Property Outlook 2023 on December 15, 2022, from 9.30am to 10.30am. Among the topics that will be discussed include the domestic and global interest rate outlook for 2023 and how it will affect the economy, current property trends such as sustainable development and the incorporation of ESG considerations, and challenges in the property industry moving forward, such as end-financing issues and construction cost increases.

Speakers featured in this session will be Dr Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid, Head of Economics & Research Department, Employees' Provident Fund; Mr. Mohd Imran Tan Sri Mohamad Salim, Group Managing Director, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB); and Dato' Azmir Merican, Group Managing Director, Sime Darby Property Berhad.
