MARC is set to host an economic discourse titled MARC360: Malaysian Economic Outlook and Challenges. To be held on December 7, 2022, from 9.30am to 11.00am, this session will take an in-depth look at economic concerns pertaining to the nation's fiscal health, global economic factors and post-GE15 developments.
The session will feature distinguished panellists Dr Nungsari Ahmad Radhi, economist and a member of the Board of Trustees at Yayasan Rahimah bt Yusof, and Prof Jomo Kwame Sundaram, Senior Adviser at Khazanah Research Institute.
Both prominent economists, they will be discussing where Malaysia stands amid the current heightened geoeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties, as well as the most urgent issues, including priority policy areas, structural reforms, and the potential risks to reform efforts going forward.
