MARC Ratings has withdrawn its rating of AA-IS/Stable on TSH Sukuk Murabahah Sdn Bhd’s RM150 million Islamic Medium-Term Notes (IMTN) Programme following the issuer’s request to terminate the programme. TSH Sukuk Murabahah Sdn Bhd is the funding vehicle for TSH Resources Berhad. There were no outstanding issuances under the programme as confirmed by the facility agent on 25 March 2026.
Accordingly, MARC Ratings will no longer provide analytical coverage on TSH Sukuk Murabahah Sdn Bhd.
