This segment will focus on the benefits and challenges of developing sustainable communities and cities, and highlight factors that need to be taken into consideration when doing so. It will also outline key sustainable trends in the property sector. The challenges that come with the adaption of green technology will also be addressed.

The acceleration and resumption of these mega projects is expected to stimulate the country's sluggish economy and the domestic property market. We will relook at how these developments can/will be fully utilised to avoid contributing to the property glut. The segment will also cover the importance of timing in the property sector, from the perspective of property developers.

As Malaysians continue to face unprecedented challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, we at MARC feel compelled to help the communities around us.

As a socially responsible and caring organisation, MARC launched MARCares to help those affected by COVID-19. Our first event supported our nation’s courageous COVID-19 frontliners. MARC had raised funds internally, which were forwarded to Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia and MERCY Malaysia, and every ringgit contributed was used to provide our frontliners with PPEs (personal protective equipment) such as masks, face shields, gloves, medical gowns and coveralls as well as food. 

MARCares is now expanding to assist communities most in need.
